In our unique retreat experience we can bring together several different modalities in a peaceful environment. We will teach our guests all the key elements of reducing stress and living a more mindful meaningful life exploring the true essence of each person. We have a beautiful setting at the base of big rock that can blend with each season Maine has to offer including hiking, biking, cross country skiing, alpine skiing, snowshoeing, and mindfulness walks. Incorporating the grounding qualities of Ayurvedic foods to nourish and balance the body.
We can offer overnight retreats as well as day retreats depending on the needs of our guests.
We like to keep our retreat size small to create a safe environment in which to heal the body, clear the mind, and feed the soul.
